Your area of responsibility:
- Customer portal maintenance
- Creating scheduling agreements and individual customer orders
- General master data maintenance in the company's internal merchandise management system
- Inspection and support of deliveries
- System-side new part installation
- Complete order processing from receipt of the order to creation of the outgoing invoice
- Communication with internal interfaces
