As a Payroll Administrator (m/f/d) at our client in Ludwigshafen , you will ensure that employees can rely on correct and punctual payroll accounting. With your expertise and organizational skills, you will help to ensure that the HR department is always one step ahead.

Your tasks:

• You take over the complete processing of monthly payroll accounting for our employees.
• You manage personnel master data, maintain time management systems and ensure correct entries in our systems.
• You are the point of contact for employees and managers on payroll tax and social security issues.
• You communicate with health insurance companies, authorities and external partners and take care of certificates and notifications.
• You support the further development of our processes and contribute ideas to increase efficiency.
• You keep an eye on legal changes in employment, tax and social security law and implement them in practice.

Your profile:

• Commercial training, ideally with further training in payroll accounting, and initial professional experience in a comparable position.
• Confident handling of labor, tax and social security law as well as experience with accounting systems (e.g. DATEV, SAP).
• You work precisely, in a structured manner and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
• They provide friendly and competent advice, both verbally and in writing.
• Confident handling of MS Office and willingness to familiarize yourself with new software solutions.
