Your tasks:

  • They support managers as trusted advisors in all HR-related matters - from personnel planning to change management processes.
  • They develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining and developing talent to ensure the success of our company.
  • You actively support the design and implementation of change processes and the further development of our corporate culture.
  • You implement global HR strategies locally and develop individual solutions for the areas you are responsible for.
  • They ensure that labor law requirements are complied with and advise on topics such as contract design and company agreements.
  • They work closely with other HR functions such as Recruiting, Payroll and Personnel Development to ensure holistic support.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally as HR Business Partner or in a comparable role.
  • Sound knowledge of employment law, change management and modern HR strategy.
  • You can argue convincingly, present confidently and moderate with empathy.
  • They understand corporate goals and know how HR can make a direct contribution to business success.
  • They like to lend a hand and implement projects with energy and pragmatism.
  • You are familiar with HR tools and systems and use data to make informed decisions
