Your tasks:
- Posting business transactions: You are responsible for the proper posting of all business transactions in financial accounting.
- Monthly and annual financial statements: You will assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and ensure that the financial statements are prepared correctly and on time.
- Account reconciliation: You carry out regular reconciliations of the financial accounts and clarify differences independently.
- Tax responsibility: You are entrusted with the preparation of tax returns and the reconciliation of tax matters.
- Payment transactions and receivables management: You will be responsible for processing payment transactions and dunning.
- Reporting: You prepare business evaluations and reports and support Controlling in analyzing key financial figures.
Your profile:
- Education and experience: A completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as a financial accountant or a comparable qualification.
- Accounting know-how: You have sound knowledge of financial accounting, ideally with experience in dealing with HGB and tax law.
- Analytical skills: You think in a solution-oriented way, work in a structured manner and maintain an overview of complex tasks.
- Experience with accounting software: You are confident in using common financial accounting programs (e.g. SAP, DATEV) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Team player: You enjoy working in a team, but are also able to work independently and take on responsibility.
