Your tasks:
- Development and implementation of purchasing strategies to optimize costs, quality and delivery performance.
- Responsibility for the selection, qualification and continuous development of suppliers at national and international level.
- Negotiation of framework agreements, prices and conditions to ensure optimal purchasing results.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends, supplier markets and price developments in order to secure competitive advantages.
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as production, logistics and quality assurance to coordinate procurement requirements.
- Identifying and implementing cost-cutting potential and ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.
- Reporting of relevant key figures and derivation of measures for the continuous improvement of the purchasing process.
Your profile:
- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in an international environment.
- Business fluent in German and English, further language skills are an advantage.
- Strong negotiating skills and assertiveness.
- Analytical thinking and a structured, independent way of working.
- Confident handling of common ERP systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and intercultural competence.
