Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of purchasing strategies to optimize costs, quality and delivery performance.
• Responsibility for the selection, qualification and continuous development of suppliers at national and international level.
• Negotiation of framework agreements, prices and conditions to ensure optimal purchasing results.
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends, supplier markets and price developments in order to secure competitive advantages.
• Close cooperation with internal departments such as production, logistics and quality assurance to coordinate procurement requirements.
• Identifying and implementing cost-cutting potential and ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.
• Reporting of relevant key figures and derivation of measures for the continuous improvement of the purchasing process.

Your profile:

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in an international environment.
• Business fluent in German and English, further language skills are an advantage.
• Strong negotiating skills and assertiveness.
• Analytical thinking and a structured, independent way of working.
• Confident handling of common ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and intercultural competence.
