Your tasks:

  • Customer service: You will provide our customers with advice and support by telephone and in writing and take care of their concerns.
  • Order processing: From receipt to processing - you coordinate and monitor customer orders, delivery dates and complaints.
  • Data management: You maintain customer and order data in our systems and ensure complete documentation.
  • Interface function: You will work closely with the sales, logistics and technology departments to find solutions and optimize processes.
  • Process improvement: You contribute your ideas to continuously improve our customer service.

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training and ideally professional experience in customer service or administration.
  • You are service-oriented, solution-oriented and impress with your clear and friendly manner of expression.
  • You work in a structured and reliable manner and maintain an overview even when dealing with complex requests.
  • You are familiar with MS Office, and working with ERP systems or CRM tools is no problem for you.
  • You value cooperation with colleagues and contribute to a good working atmosphere with your positive manner.
