Your tasks:

  • Advising hospital management and executives on all matters relating to recruitment
  • Professional application management, control and implementation of recruitment processes
  • Support in the further development of the work area
  • Organization and implementation of recruiting events, participation in trade fairs and establishing and expanding contacts with
    educational institutions
  • Selecting and managing potential service providers, building a network and talent pool
  • Analysis and documentation of recruiting key figures and KPIs for the continuous improvement of recruiting processes

Your profile:

  • Completed studies, commercial vocational training with further training in HR or relevant professional experience in HR/personnel - focus on recruiting
  • Experience in personnel administration and cooperation with training providers and job portals
  • Ideally knowledge of TVöD-K
  • Commitment and service orientation in dealing with managers and customers
  • Team and solution-oriented with commitment and dedication
  • Know-how and vision for the candidate market
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools and portals
