Your tasks:
- Advising hospital management and executives on all matters relating to recruitment
- Professional application management, control and implementation of recruitment processes
- Support in the further development of the work area
- Organization and implementation of recruiting events, participation in trade fairs and establishing and expanding contacts with
educational institutions - Selecting and managing potential service providers, building a network and talent pool
- Analysis and documentation of recruiting key figures and KPIs for the continuous improvement of recruiting processes
Your profile:
- Completed studies, commercial vocational training with further training in HR or relevant professional experience in HR/personnel - focus on recruiting
- Experience in personnel administration and cooperation with training providers and job portals
- Ideally knowledge of TVöD-K
- Commitment and service orientation in dealing with managers and customers
- Team and solution-oriented with commitment and dedication
- Know-how and vision for the candidate market
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of recruiting tools and portals
