Your tasks:
- Invoicing and support with target/actual comparisons
- Account assignment and posting of incoming invoices as well as bank and cash documents
- Maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparatory activities for the monthly and annual financial statements
- Master data maintenance of customer data
- Payment of audited supplier invoices and taking over the dunning process
- Competent contact person for our internal managers and customers
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, e.g. accountant, industrial clerk etc.
- Experience in financial accounting
- Knowledge of SAP an advantage
-/ or willingness to familiarize yourself with it - Confident in using the common MS Office applications
- Very good written and spoken German
- Ability to work in a team, discretion, reliability and commitment
- Sense of responsibility
