Your tasks:

  • Administrative personnel support: from drawing up employment contracts and document management to transfers and resignations 
  • Preparation of payroll accounting including travel expense accounting
  • Recording and monitoring downtimes
  • Contact person for employees and managers in payroll-related, social security and labor law issues
  • Correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities
  • Carrying out the certification system and the preparation of certificates

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training with further training in HR or relevant professional experience in HR/personnel
  • Initial experience in preparatory payroll accounting and personnel administration
  • Ideally knowledge of TVöD-K, TV-Ärzte/VKA and BBiG
  • Commitment and service orientation in dealing with managers and customers
  • Team and solution-oriented with commitment and dedication
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of TDA and the Sage payroll program is an advantage
