Your tasks:
- Administrative personnel support: from drawing up employment contracts and document management to transfers and resignations
- Preparation of payroll accounting including travel expense accounting
- Recording and monitoring downtimes
- Contact person for employees and managers in payroll-related, social security and labor law issues
- Correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities
- Carrying out the certification system and the preparation of certificates
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training with further training in HR or relevant professional experience in HR/personnel
- Initial experience in preparatory payroll accounting and personnel administration
- Ideally knowledge of TVöD-K, TV-Ärzte/VKA and BBiG
- Commitment and service orientation in dealing with managers and customers
- Team and solution-oriented with commitment and dedication
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of TDA and the Sage payroll program is an advantage
