Your tasks:

  • Preparation of monthly payroll accounting for an own employee base (400-600 employees)
  • Recording and changing personnel master data
  • Creating and preparing reports and statistics
  • Correspondence with authorities and health insurance companies
  • Processing of social security registrations
  • Preparation of working time data according to the time recording system and manual time data changes

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training with experience in payroll accounting, training as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in payroll accounting required
  • Knowledge of wage tax, social security and labor law 
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package, ideally initial experience with DATEV
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Team orientation, independent and structured way of working
