Your tasks:
- Preparation of monthly payroll accounting for an own employee base (400-600 employees)
- Recording and changing personnel master data
- Creating and preparing reports and statistics
- Correspondence with authorities and health insurance companies
- Processing of social security registrations
- Preparation of working time data according to the time recording system and manual time data changes
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training with experience in payroll accounting, training as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in payroll accounting required
- Knowledge of wage tax, social security and labor law
- Confident handling of the MS Office package, ideally initial experience with DATEV
- Very good knowledge of German
- Team orientation, independent and structured way of working
