Your area of responsibility:
- Disciplinary and technical management of a quality manager (m/f/d)
- Responsibility for quality management and creative development
- Monitoring and planning all quality assurance measures
- Compliance with legal regulations and responsibility for meeting our customers' requirements
- Communication and personal exchange with colleagues in production, administration and sales
- Preparation, support and follow-up of supplier, customer and certification audits (certification and surveillance audits in accordance with ISO 9001)
- Developing and coordinating optimization,
corrective and preventive measures together with the department heads - Determining the causes of complaints and initiating appropriate measures
- Support in the continuous further development of the QM system
What you bring with you:
- completed technical studies (Bachelor / Master / Diploma)
- Initial professional experience in quality management / quality assurance in manufacturing companies desirable
- Initial management experience desirable
- Sound knowledge and application of quality methods/tools
- Good communication skills in German and English (C1)
- excellent ability to coordinate and plan work processes and deadlines
- Independent, systematic and autonomous work
