Your tasks:
- You are the central point of contact for customers worldwide and take responsibility for customer support and advice as well as the
preparation of customer-specific maintenance offers - Preparation of quotations for spare parts, service orders and modifications
- Active sales of spare parts, consumables and services as well as maintaining customer relations and satisfaction
- Entering and processing customer orders via SAP
- Close cooperation with the repairs and returns department to ensure smooth processing of complaints and warranties
- Together with the helpdesk team, you coordinate service assignments by service technicians worldwide
Your profile:
- Completed technical or business studies or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in international sales desirable (ideally in mechanical and plant engineering)
- Sound knowledge of SAP R3 and MS Office applications
- You are committed and have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- You are open to occasional travel to customers worldwide
