Your area of responsibility:

• You are responsible for monitoring and controlling the invoice receipt workflow and the ongoing reconciliation of accounts
• You check incoming invoices for compliance with legal requirements
• Account assignment and booking of incoming invoices as well as the execution of payment transactions are among your main tasks
• You will be involved in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and, if necessary, special credit evaluations

What you bring with you:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have some relevant work experience
• You have sound and up-to-date knowledge of commercial, VAT and travel expenses law (desirable)
• You have already gained some experience with the SAP program - not a must
• You are detail-oriented, analytical and able to prioritize and manage tasks
• You have a good command of written and spoken German (C1)
