Your tasks:
- Planning, control and optimization of QM-relevant processes to ensure product quality along the entire production process
- Examination, introduction and implementation of customer-specific requirements in German and English, e.g. from the automotive and nuclear industries
- Evaluation of test results and creation of customer samples in accordance with PPAP based on APQP
- Creating, creating and maintaining inspection plans and certificate templates in SAP based on customer specifications
- Processing customer complaints and internal complaints
- Coordinating quality assurance agreements with the customer
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of internal and external audits
- Moderating/coordinating quality tools such as FMEA, Ishikawa, APQP, AIAG CQI, SPC
- Promotion and implementation of CIP and project work (e.g. when introducing new software)
- Evaluating KPIs and initiating countermeasures
- Administrator activities for the relevant management systems (e.g. access management)
- Software-supported test equipment management
- Development, creation and revision of controlled documents
Your profile:
- Completed scientific or technical vocational training with further training in quality management or similar further training
- Sound experience in quality management or comparable position in a manufacturing company, preferably in the automotive or nuclear industry
- Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- Experience in moderating/coordinating quality tools such as FMEA, Ishikawa, APQP, AIAG CQI, SPC
- Experience with internal and external audits
- Confident handling of MS Office and good SAP knowledge in the QM module
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- High customer and service orientation as well as pronounced quality awareness and entrepreneurial action and thinking
