Your tasks:

• Monitoring the correct fulfillment of services by external companies
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the properties in accordance with ISS standards and legal regulations
• Ensuring the timely and qualitatively flawless provision of services
• IT skills Word/Excel
• skilled craftsman - light painting work 

Your profile:

• You should have completed training in the craft/technical field or have several years of experience as a caretaker/janitor (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of heating and plumbing as well as electrical engineering is an advantage
• Experience in facility management
