Your area of responsibility:
- Operation of the production facilities in the respective area
- Carrying out tasks in the production areas,
such as portioning/filling, draining, salting, turning, cream production and/or packaging, in compliance with quality specifications and the HACCP concept - Implementation and documentation of the prescribed cleaning and disinfection measures
- Recording of all relevant data in production control
What you bring with you:
- Completed school education
- Good knowledge of German
- Quick comprehension as well as technical and food-typical understanding
- Ability to work in a team, independent work as well as diligence, accuracy and reliability
- Flexibility to adapt working hours to the requirements of a multi-shift operation
- Physical resilience (depending on the area of application)
