Your tasks:

• Instruction and supervision of shift personnel
• Quality responsibility of the shift
• Avoiding, recognizing and resolving conflicts
• Setting up critical processes
• Process capability of the operating equipment after restarting, process changes or repairs

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator or comparable profession
• Several years of professional experience as a machine setter
• Willingness and ability to work under pressure
• Independent, autonomous work
• IT skills
• 3-shift readiness
• Management experience desirable
