For our client BASF SE in Ludwigshafen we are looking for an office clerk (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

  • Support with administrative tasks
  • Assistant to the head of department
  • Organization of meetings and appointment management
  • Organization of office supplies and advertising materials
  • Processing of incoming mail according to priority

  • Reliability, flexibility, adaptability and ability to work in a team
  • Independent and careful way of working
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
