For our client in the Germersheim area, we are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator (m/f/d) to actively support the HR team and make a significant contribution to successful HR administration.
You already have experience in HR and enjoy contributing your knowledge in a dynamic working environment.

Your tasks:

  • Preparation of monthly payslips for a defined group of employees
  • Maintaining all master and transaction data
  • Contact for employees, social insurance providers and authorities
  • Assisting with general personnel administration (time and leave accounts)
  • Processing the certification and reporting system

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on human resources or payroll accounting
  • Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting 
  • Confident handling of the accounting program DATEV and the MS Office programs
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Structured and independent way of working
