For our client in the Germersheim area, we are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator (m/f/d) to actively support the HR team and make a significant contribution to successful HR administration.
You already have experience in HR and enjoy contributing your knowledge in a dynamic working environment.

Your tasks:
- Preparation of monthly payslips for a defined group of employees
- Maintaining all master and transaction data
- Contact for employees, social insurance providers and authorities
- Assisting with general personnel administration (time and leave accounts)
- Processing the certification and reporting system
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on human resources or payroll accounting
- Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting
- Confident handling of the accounting program DATEV and the MS Office programs
- High sense of responsibility
- Structured and independent way of working
