Your tasks:

• ganzheitliche, pro-aktive Betreuung von Bestandskunden (Telefon, E-Mail, Webshop)
• Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen
• Identifikation von potenziellen Themen beim Kunden und Abgleich mit internen Prozessen
• Teilnahme an Kundenveranstaltungen und Messen
• Optimierung der Vertriebsprozesse
• abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

Your profile:

• Vertriebstalent mit erster Praxiserfahrung, idealerweise in einem Handelsunternehmen
• ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
• hohe Teamfähigkeit & Serviceorientierung
• Kenntnisse in MS Office und Warenwirtschaftssystemen
• Very good knowledge of German and English
