Your tasks:
- Administration of the time recording system (attendances and absences, correction bookings, shift plans, etc.)
- Support in the implementation of personnel development
- Supporting employees in all personnel-related issues
- Support for personnel controlling
- Creation of statistics and evaluations
- Management of personnel master data and movement data
- Maintenance of personnel files
- Operational HR work from entry to exit (recruitment, contract management, onboarding, certificate creation, attestation system)
- Correspondence with public institutions, insurance companies and health insurance funds
- Preparation and follow-up work for external payroll accounting
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
- Professional experience in payroll accounting
- Knowledge of wage tax and social security law
- MS-Office, ideally knowledge of SAP
- Enjoy working in a team
