Your tasks:

  • Administration of the time recording system (attendances and absences, correction bookings, shift plans, etc.) 
  • Support in the implementation of personnel development 
  • Supporting employees in all personnel-related issues
  • Support for personnel controlling
  • Creation of statistics and evaluations 
  • Management of personnel master data and movement data
  • Maintenance of personnel files
  • Operational HR work from entry to exit (recruitment, contract management, onboarding, certificate creation, attestation system)
  • Correspondence with public institutions, insurance companies and health insurance funds
  • Preparation and follow-up work for external payroll accounting

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
  • Professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Knowledge of wage tax and social security law
  • MS-Office, ideally knowledge of SAP
  • Enjoy working in a team
