as customer consultant (m/f/d) for renewable energy billing

in temporary employment.

Your area of responsibility:

• You are responsible for compliance with the defined quality standards and service levels in the area of renewable energy billing
• Processing of all topics assigned to payroll accounting
• Settlement of the feed-in tariff 
• Independent handling of telephone and written correspondence in the specialist area
• Participation in regular process training in the specialist area

What you bring with you:

• a completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. industrial clerk)
• Ideally first professional experience and knowledge of the relevant energy industry regulations
• You are practiced in dealing with modern communication media
• You have a good command of written and spoken language
• You demonstrate customer-oriented behavior and a solution-oriented way of thinking
