Your area of responsibility:
- Maintaining personnel files
- Responsibility for the maintenance and control of personnel master data and transaction data
- Carrying out the notification, reporting and certification system
- Correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance companies and authorities
- Carry out monthly payroll accounting on time and independently
- Participation in annual financial statements, HR projects
- Support with tax audits
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally certified IHK payroll accountant or HR specialist, or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in personnel administration
- First points of contact in payroll accounting and interest in further development
- Basic knowledge in the areas of income tax, social security and labor law
- familiarity with payroll software (SAP HR an advantage) and MS Office
- High level of initiative as well as a structured, careful and reliable way of working
- Enjoy the further development of HR products, digitalization and automation
- Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
