Personnel processing
with a focus on payroll accounting.

Your area of responsibility:
- You are responsible for the smooth running of payroll accounting in cooperation with our payroll service provider.
- You are the contact person for company pension schemes.
- Implementation of hiring, personnel measures, transfers, departures, implementation of salary measures, classifications, reclassifications, etc., taking into account collective bargaining, company and legal regulations for an assigned group of employees/supervisors.
- Preparation, participation and implementation of personnel measures in consultation with the HR Business Partners along the employee cycle.
- Cooperation with the works council
- Data maintenance and creation of statistics and reports in SAP and REXX Systems
- Monitoring and maintenance of absence management, e.g. absences, unpaid absences, vacation, overtime with ATOSS.
What you bring with you:
- a completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably a specialist apprenticeship or you already have experience in the above-mentioned field.
- You are familiar with the employee cycle, from entry to exit
- You also have sound experience in payroll accounting and company pension schemes
- You are a personality with a high degree of intercultural social competence and very communicative
- You feel confident in German and English
