Your area of responsibility:
- Support in the preparation of IFS Food certifications
- Creating and checking packaging declarations for the finished goods produced
- Supervision of the concept for sensory testing and the monitoring system for the finished goods produced
- Preparation of training courses and management of the training system
- Document management
- Data collection / recording and evaluation of results
- Working in the SAP system
What you bring with you:
- Degree in food technology or training with initial professional experience in quality management desirable
- Knowledge in the areas of food law, declaration, IFS Food, BRC or comparable standard
- High quality awareness, reliability and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- SAP knowledge desirable
- Very good knowledge of German required (C1), good knowledge of English an advantage (B2)
