Job description

We are currently looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) in the Warehouse and Logistics department for our client.

Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a defined area (incoming goods, outgoing goods, returns and packaging) in compliance with legal and operational safety regulations.
  • You create the personnel deployment planning for your team.
  • You continuously optimize the existing processes in your area.
  • You create statistics and reports for internal/external use.
  • You are the contact person for our customers, partners and internal interfaces for questions and clarifications.

Your profile:

  • You have completed vocational training, ideally in logistics.
  • You have already gained initial management experience as a team leader.
  • You are a good communicator and can inspire other people.
  • You work in a structured, independent and self-reliant manner.
  • You have a high customer and service orientation.
  • You are confident in dealing with merchandise management systems and MS Office.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German.
