Your tasks:

  • Independent assumption of operational shipping processing and responsibility for planning, monitoring and control of smooth transportation, handling and storage for all modes of transport
  • Creation, organization and documentation of all shipping and customs documents
  • Coordination of information and activity flow in the area of plant dispatch and plant-to-plant deliveries between all interfaces
  • Support in purchasing and negotiating transportation services
  • Analysis of global customer requirements and recommendations for cost-effective solutions
  • Development of logistics concepts for internal and external partners
  • Identifying and solving problems that arise during transportation and processing damage claims and complaints

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training and experience in shipping/logistics
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and confident handling of SAP
  • Knowledge of AEB (export / import) and the handling of dangerous goods
  • Ideally, they are familiar with special transports
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, reliability, flexibility and accuracy
  • Structured, proactive and independent way of working as well as a very high customer orientation
