For a well-known customer in the Frankfurt region, we are looking for you as a maintenance and repair technician (m/f/d) on a temporary basis.

Your tasks:

Testing the piping from the module to the location

Process engineering testing 

Adjustment of isometry and PID (Piping Instrumentation Diagram)

Creation of "as built" PIDs

Creation of red entries for "as built" isometrics

Installation check  

Route and nominal diameter of pipelines according to isometric drawings

Pipes without external damage  

Pipe gradients, no low points

Pipes fully connected or pipe ends secured 

Labeling of pipelines (medium, flow direction)

Pipe supports according to isometry 

Fitting type and installation according to isometry

Marking of fittings

Flow direction and installation position Fittings

Fittings pneumatically/electrically connected 

Measuring point type and installation according to isometry

Measuring points electrically connected

Labeling of measuring points

Insulation type, insulation thickness or, if applicable, coating according to specification

Insulation without external damage

Installation of special parts according to isometry

Your profile:

• Completed technical training as a master craftsman or technician 
• Professional experience an advantage
• Independent and conscientious way of working
• Enjoy working in a team
• Good knowledge of German and English
