Your tasks:

• Installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems in modern commercial properties
• Installation and commissioning of control, signaling and lighting systems
• Troubleshooting and fault rectification on automated systems (ventilation and supply technology, doors)
• Analysis and implementation of circuit diagrams and testing of electrical equipment and systems
• Regular inspections to ensure operational safety and early detection of defects
• Independent maintenance and optimization of electrical systems and equipment

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), electrical fitter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of electrical installation and maintenance of electrotechnical systems
• Good knowledge of test equipment and of building systems and building management technology
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Class B driver's license desirable
