Your tasks:
- Contract management: You are responsible for drawing up rental contracts, offers and statistics.
- Property management: You accompany viewings, take over the handover and acceptance of rental properties and are the central contact person for housing - especially student housing. Your commitment contributes significantly to the optimal use and management of the properties.
- Cost management: You will be responsible for rental and property accounting and take care of the preparation of operating and ancillary cost statements. With your eye for detail, you will ensure that our properties are managed economically and sustainably.
Your profile:
- Completed training in the real estate industry, e.g. as a real estate agent, real estate assistant or real estate specialist (f/m/d). Your experience in the industry enables you to deal
confidently with the diverse requirements. - You have a sound knowledge of tenancy law and the operating costs ordinance.
- Experience with student lettings an advantage.
- You are open to new digital solutions to make processes efficient. Ideally, you are familiar with CAFM.
- You have initiative, work independently and are a team player who is reliable and solution-oriented.
