Your area of responsibility:
- You monitor compliance with food hygiene regulations in production and other relevant areas (e.g. through sampling and regular rounds)
- You are responsible for the cleaning and hygiene team
- You monitor the performance of external partners and support them in the cleaning process through to final acceptance
- You control and manage the cleaning costs
- You systematically check and document all hygiene and cleaning processes in the production area
- You formulate hygiene & cleaning-relevant documents in cooperation with the responsible quality district
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed studies in economics, as well as further qualifications in the field of cleaning and hygiene
- Leadership experience and assertiveness
- Negotiation experience with suppliers and service providers
- Relevant knowledge of food production standards, HACCP and hazard and risk analysis
- Motivation and ability to communicate with employees and superiors
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Very good oral and written German language skills (C1)
- Multilingualism desired
