- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including reviewing, classifying, calculating, posting and recording accounts payable and accounts receivable data
- Review and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with suppliers and customers
- Create outgoing invoices,
- processing payment advice notes
- processing open items and dunning
- preparing monthly agency commissions
- assisting with monthly and annual financial statements
- completed commercial training
- several years of professional experience
- confident with MS Office
- good written and spoken German
- good written and spoken English skills
