Your area of responsibility:

• Installation of Windows and standard software
• Arrangements with the users
• Replacing the hardware at the user's premises
• Windows upgrade for users
• Support for users after the upgrade to Windows 11
• Inventory of the hardware

What you bring with you:

• Training as an IT specialist for system integration or similar desirable, but not mandatory
• Career entrants or career changers with appropriate qualifications and experience are also welcome
• Very good knowledge of German
