Your tasks:

• You prepare project accounts and recognize any deviations with a trained eye.
• You support the site managers in the preparation of measurements 
• You will be the interface between commercial administration, contract management and costing.
• You will support the processing of complaints and handle the invoicing of supplements.
• Our project database is maintained by you.
• You regularly send out reports of inspection trips and settle these.

Your profile:

• You have a commercial education and ideally already have professional experience in the area of billing construction services 
• You are familiar with the legal requirements of VOB, BGB and StVO
• You are experienced in using MS Office products, knowledge of iTwo is desirable.
• You have a class B driver's license.
