For this customer we are looking for you as Employee in the administration of vehicle sales and rental (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- Customer reception and support
- Receipt of vehicles and cataloging as well as vehicle handover to customers
- Processing of rental agreements
- Creation of invoices, handover bills, order confirmation
- General office work
Your profile:
- Enjoy customer contact in person and on the phone
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector, completed training, career changers (m/f/d) also welcome
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good MS-Office knowledge advantageous
- Communication skills, diligence and a quick grasp of things
