Your tasks:

• Creating and updating test and maintenance documents
• Maintenance and servicing work as well as tests on various technical systems in buildings and public spaces
• Coordination of subtasks in the maintenance and modernization of buildings and technical systems
• Participation in the tendering, selection and commissioning, management and monitoring of contractors (engineering offices and specialist companies)
• Cost, schedule and budget monitoring as well as supplement management

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies with a suitable focus; or you are a technician with a suitable technical focus
• Knowledge of monitoring construction measures and services

• Reliability, ability to work in a team, ability to work independently and very good communication and expression skills
• Experienced with standard office software and open-minded for new IT applications
