  • Supporting our approximately 60 employees in all personnel-related matters along the entire employee lifecycle
  • Responsibility for day-to-day operations and HR administration, including absence management, certificate management, certificate creation, contract management, etc.
  • Sparring partner for executives and management in strategic, operational and personnel law issues
  • Responsibility for recruiting and all related activities
  • Local talent and succession planning as well as personnel development planning
  • Preparation of evaluations and analyses to derive suitable measures as well as for monthly financial statements and Group reporting
  • Implementation of projects for the further development of local HR work and as part of the global HR strategy of the Stabilus Group

  • Successfully completed studies with a personnel context or vocational training with relevant specialist further training
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable or generalist HR function, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Sound knowledge of labor law and modern HR methods and tools
  • High degree of empathy, communication skills and persuasiveness
  • Flexibility, solution orientation and openness to change
  • Business fluent in German and good written and spoken English skills
  • IT affinity and very good knowledge of MS Office programs
