Your tasks:

• Technical support for buildings in Frankfurt
• Handling all facility issues internally and with suppliers or service providers at the buildings 
• Planning, coordinating and supervising all repair and renovation work on buildings 
• Inspecting building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Contact person for fault reports and prompt initiation of necessary remedial action

Your profile:

• Training as a building technician (m/f/d) or similar with professional experience
• Experience as janitor advantageous
• Reliability
• Confidentiality
• Craftsmanship
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Class B driver's license
