Your area of responsibility:

• Telephone advice for customers
• Master data maintenance
• Providing information about products, delivery times, etc.
• Processing of orders

• Successful commercial training or experience in telephone customer service / call center - we also welcome career changers (m/f/d).
  You enjoy contact with customers.
