Your tasks:

• You work in fixed reference groups 
• You take over the relationship building and individual development support 
• A dialogical approach to the child and language development is one of your main focuses 
• A trusting cooperation with the parents is a matter of course for you 

• You have completed vocational training as an educator (m/f/d), social education assistant (m/f/d) or similar. 
• You have initial professional experience as an educator (m/f/d) and experience in a crèche 
• You have a high level of social competence and empathy 
• You enjoy working in a team and with children
