Your tasks:
- Raising, educating and supporting children between the ages of 0 and 6
- Designing, structuring and organizing a regular daily routine
- Resource-oriented support, assistance with settling in and conducting development discussions
- Helping to organize and participate in festivals
- Completed training as a social assistant (m/f/d) or comparable recognized training
- Desirable, but not a prerequisite: First professional experience in the crèche and elementary sector
- Strong teamwork and cooperation skills as well as patience, humor and empathy in dealing with all stakeholders in the daycare environment
- Structural work and ability to reflect
