Your tasks:
- Customer reception and support
- Receipt of vehicles and cataloging as well as vehicle handover to customers
- Processing of rental agreements
- Creating invoices, handover bills, order confirmations and workshop orders
- Price labeling of vehicles
- General office work
Your profile:
- Enjoy customer contact in person and on the phone
- Enthusiasm for mobile travel and the development of motorhomes, caravans and camper vans
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector, completed commercial training, preferably also as a career changer (m/f/d) from the hotel industry
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good MS-Office knowledge advantageous
- Team spirit, commitment and resilience
- Independent and structured way of working
- Communication skills, diligence and a quick grasp of things
