Your tasks:

  • Customer reception and support
  • Receipt of vehicles and cataloging as well as vehicle handover to customers
  • Processing of rental agreements
  • Creating invoices, handover bills, order confirmations and workshop orders
  • Price labeling of vehicles
  • General office work

Your profile:

  • Enjoy customer contact in person and on the phone
  • Enthusiasm for mobile travel and the development of motorhomes, caravans and camper vans
  • Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector, completed commercial training, preferably also as a career changer (m/f/d) from the hotel industry
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Good MS-Office knowledge advantageous
  • Team spirit, commitment and resilience
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Communication skills, diligence and a quick grasp of things
