Your tasks:

• You organize and manage day-to-day operations across two shifts
• You consistently keep an eye on your processes and costs and continuously derive optimization measures and projects in coordination with management.
• As a warehouse manager, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all quality standards, occupational safety regulations and the 
• You manage your teams both professionally and disciplinary and take care of capacity and personnel planning.
• You are responsible for meeting cost, productivity, quality and punctuality targets.
• You proactively contribute new ideas and implement them with a hands-on mentality

Your profile:

• You have experience in warehouse logistics or have completed training with several years of professional experience.
• You have strong communication and social skills, complemented by a high degree of leadership qualities.
