Your tasks:

• Work within the framework of individual pedagogical priorities, which are developed in dialog between children, parents and pedagogical professionals 
• The child is supported holistically and individually in its abilities and stages of development 
• The focus is on the areas of education and development: Body, senses, language, thinking, feeling, compassion and values 
• The participation of the children and opening up within the groups is an important concern 

Your profile:

• State recognition as an educator (m/f/d) or a completed degree in the field of social work, educational science or curative education 
• First professional experience as an educator (m/f/d) an advantage 
• High social competence, empathy and patience 
• Enjoy working in a team and with children
