Your tasks:

  • You will independently carry out monthly payroll accounting and travel expense accounting for our two locations in Germany and act as a contact person for health insurance companies, social insurance providers and authorities.
  • You are available to our colleagues as a contact person for digital time recording
  • You keep the data in our HR tools up to date, provide reports if required and create employment contracts
  • You work together with HR management on local/global HR projects, including on the topic of digitalization
  • You support the recruiting process and onboarding of new colleagues.

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
  • Professional experience in personnel administration
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Independent way of working
  • Enjoy working in a team
