For a well-known customer in the region we are looking for you as 

Employee (m/f/d) for back office customer service

in Friedberg (Hesse)

Your tasks:

  • You are the first point of contact for customers and ensure that their concerns are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
  • Coordinating and forwarding customer inquiries to the relevant specialist departments or the sales manager.
  • Preparation of quotations and processing of orders in close cooperation with the sales team.
  • Supporting the sales manager with administrative and organizational tasks.

Your working hours would be Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 

Your profile:

  • Good knowledge of German and English 
  •  Strong communication and organizational skills as well as a quick grasp of the situation
  • confident handling of MS Office 
  • valid class B driver's license
  • ideally, you should already have practical experience in customer service or order processing
