Employee (m/f/d) for back office customer service
in Friedberg (Hesse)

Your tasks:
- You are the first point of contact for customers and ensure that their concerns are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinating and forwarding customer inquiries to the relevant specialist departments or the sales manager.
- Preparation of quotations and processing of orders in close cooperation with the sales team.
- Supporting the sales manager with administrative and organizational tasks.
Your working hours would be Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Your profile:
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills as well as a quick grasp of the situation
- confident handling of MS Office
- valid class B driver's license
- ideally, you should already have practical experience in customer service or order processing
