Fleet management clerk (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • Preparatory work in vehicle procurement
  • Coordination of takeover and return dates
  • Implementation of contract adjustments for vehicles with excess and reduced mileage
  • Supervision of the internal truck forecast and commissioning of transfers
  • System-side contract and master data maintenance
  • Reconciliation and distribution of fleet-related collective invoices
  • Checking orders and order confirmations and filing them (digitally)

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Previous experience in fleet and/or logistics would be desirable
  • High degree of responsibility and personal commitment
  • Strong service mindset and solution-oriented approach
  • Quick comprehension and affinity for numbers
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Experience with MS Office programs (especially MS Excel)
