Your tasks:

• Responsible management of facility management projects of medium complexity in terms of objectives, deadlines and budget
• Implementation of quality assurance measures, e.g. in IGM or TGM, and preparation of tenders for facility services
• Implementation of TGA data recording
• High degree of flexibility in the event of changing requirements during project implementation
• Confident and competent communication with customers at all levels
• Continuous willingness to learn as a basis for daily work

Your profile:

• High level of enthusiasm and commitment to inspire our customers and win them over in the long term
• Degree in facility management or a comparable field
• In-depth knowledge in all areas of building management - commercial as well as technical and infrastructural
• Agility and solution competence in responding to the dynamics of the market and customer requirements
• Enjoy contributing facility management, IT and project management know-how to various customers - also on site
• High willingness to travel: Monday to Friday you will be deployed throughout Germany (hotel and meals are covered by the employer)
