Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the maintenance and servicing of buildings and technical systems
• Coordination of repairs and renovations
• Monitoring the building technology (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Organization and control of external service providers
• Carrying out regular inspections and audits
• Management of maintenance contracts and orders

Your profile:

• Completed training in facility management, building services engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience in building management and maintenance
• Good knowledge of technical building equipment and the relevant regulations
• Strong organizational skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and a solution-oriented approach
